Who we are

LODI is operated by Isaac Price, in Utah, United States. You can reach us at hello@lodi.clothing.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Your order is accepted once your payment has gone through and you see the order confirmation page.

If we cannot fill an order, for example because an item sold out at the same moment or a price was shown in error, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and exchanges by our Returns policy. Both are linked at the bottom of every page and form part of these terms.

Product images

Images marked VISUALIZATION are computer renders checked against the real garment for construction, colour and stitching. They cannot show exactly how the boardshorts fit, which is one reason returns are open for 30 days.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
