What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and what you bought. We use them to ship your order, to email you about it and to handle any return.

Your card details are entered on a checkout page run by Stripe, our payment processor. They are never sent to us and we never see them.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the services that run the store: Stripe, which takes payment; Resend, which sends our order emails; and Vercel and Neon, which host the website and its database. The carrier that delivers your order also sees your name and address.

We never sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies for shoppers. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back, and it never leaves your device until you check out.

Stripe's checkout page is run by Stripe under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to handle returns and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@lodi.clothing. We will delete anything we are not required by law to keep.

Children

This store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
