Returns & Exchanges

The short version

You can return or exchange your boardshorts within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and still have their tags on.

Starting a return

Email hello@lodi.clothing with your order number and whether you would like a refund or a different size. We will reply with the address to send them to.

You pay the postage to send them back. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund a parcel that never reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund the full price to the card you paid with within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size follow the same rules. When your return arrives, we ship the new size at no cost to you, subject to stock. If your size is sold out, we refund you instead.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@lodi.clothing with your order number and a photo. We will send you a prepaid return label and cover every cost of putting it right, whether that is a replacement or a refund. This does not limit any rights you have under the law.
